Veda Parayanam at Vedaranyam

Brahmotsavam of Sri Veenavada Vidhushini Sametha Sri Vedaranyeswarar is held annually at Vedaranyam during Maasi month. During this auspicious occasion, Sri Sandeepani Gurukulam Srirangam Trust organises a sampoorna Veda Parayanam every year.

This year also, it was organised in a grand manner between 16.02.2023 and 13.03.2023 for 26 days. The parayanam was held daily at our Sri Premika Vedashramam Padasala-Vedaranyam, Sri Vedaranyeswarar Temple during the Divine procession in the night.

Rig Veda Parayanam- 9 days – Feb 16-24
Yajur Veda Parayanam- 8 days – Feb 25-Mar 4
Sama Veda Parayanam- 9 days- Mar 5-13

All Vedic scholars, Temple priests and staff were honoured by our trust. Prayers were made to Sri Veda Matha and Sri Sathgurunathar for the welfare of all.
