Back to school Prayer:
A mass prayer gathering was held across three cities in Ontario, Canada—Whitby, Mississauga, and London—to invoke blessings for the well-being of students and their parents as they embark on the new academic year beginning in the first week of September 2025.
The prayer commenced with Mahamantra chanting, followed by a Madhuragitam dedicated to Goddess Saraswathi, the deity of wisdom and learning. The event featured heartfelt Nama experiences shared by a team of youth Bhagavathas, inspiring attendees with reflections on persistent efforts with divine grace.
As a gesture of divine blessing, pens, Kumkum, and Dry fruits blessed by Sri Swamiji were distributed as prasad to all participants, symbolising auspicious beginnings and spiritual support for the academic journey ahead.
Radhashtami Satsang:
Radhashtami was celebrated with great devotion and splendour across two cities in Ontario—Ingersoll and London—from 29th to 30th August.
The festivities commenced with Mahamantra chanting, followed by Thulasi Pooja performed by young girls, symbolising purity and devotion. This was succeeded by the Guru Padhuka Aradhana and dinner prasad.
On the second day, the celebrations continued with soul-stirring Madhuragitam Kirtans dedicated to Radharani, the embodiment of divine love. Entire home was decorated with ballons and festoons. A special highlight was the offering ceremony by eight young girls, representing the AshtaSakhis of Radha, who presented auspicious gifts to little Radha in a touching tribute. This was followed by vibrant Rasam Kirtans and joyful devotional dancing, creating an atmosphere of bliss and unity.
Over 70 devotees participated enthusiastically in the celebrations, which concluded with the serving of lunch and dinner prasad to all attendees.
