Events by Love to Share Foundation America

The Seattle chapter of Love to Share Foundation America has launched a series of free weekly “Body, Mind, and Soul” classes at Bellewood Senior Living. The sessions offer a holistic approach to wellness, featuring 20 minutes of gentle chair yoga followed by 10 minutes of soul-stirring mantra meditation.

In today’s world, building both physical and mental resilience is essential, and this program is designed to achieve exactly that. Participants particularly cherished the profound sense of calmness and silence experienced at the conclusion of the session. The local chapter is excited to expand these offerings at Bellewood and other community spaces in the coming months.

Despite the cold weather, our Love to Share Atlanta team held another successful food donation event at Woodruff Park, where even our youngest helper found a special way to serve by feeding the birds.
